Our meat boxes are sent out via FedEx on Thursdays and will likely arrive at your doorstep (in the Northeast) within 24 hours of shipping. The weights are approximate, as cuts vary, but know that we will provide no less than what is listed as the total weight for each box. The prices are calculated based on the dollar value of the retail price with a 5% discount.
